How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used microneedling cartridges or devices that have been opened.
Which cartridge should I use for my skin concern?
Cartridge choice depends on your goals: 11-16 pin needles are ideal for deep scars and wrinkles, 36-42 pins are great for skin rejuvenation and pigmentation, while nano-needles are best for product absorption and sensitive areas.
