At Dr Pen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened products. If you experience a technical issue with your device, our dedicated support team is here to assist with warranty claims and replacements.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your item.
- 2.Review and Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our hygiene standards and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Dr Pen device and accessories in their original, unopened packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange device within 5-7 business days.
